Very clean, spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds, daily replenish of bottled water and toiletries. Located close the centre.

The hotel is great. A great rate and friendly service for a nice clean room. The location is very central to the touristic part of Mérida so it's perfect.

Really nice people , everyone was smiling, reception, cleaning crew, but my issue was ,the room , AC wasn't working very well ,and the bathroom , just really bad

The room itself was pretty comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of really nice restaurants and microbreweries as well as cultural attractions. From the room I got you had a nice view of the cathedral spires in the skyline.

The rooms were clean daily, out beds were made and fresh towel provided.

Great Location if you want to be dowtown. Small rooms, just for rest.. In my opinion it is good for solo or couple travel. Has an elevator for those who need it. They offer free parking. Has small pool to refresh in the middle of the hotel.
