The hotel is great. A great rate and friendly service for a nice clean room. The location is very central to the touristic part of Mérida so it's perfect.

The room itself was pretty comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of really nice restaurants and microbreweries as well as cultural attractions. From the room I got you had a nice view of the cathedral spires in the skyline.

Great Location if you want to be dowtown. Small rooms, just for rest.. In my opinion it is good for solo or couple travel. Has an elevator for those who need it. They offer free parking. Has small pool to refresh in the middle of the hotel.

The rooms were clean daily, out beds were made and fresh towel provided.

Everything. Clean, nice pool, good strong water pressure and hot water, plus very friendly and helpful staff. Staff allowed me to check in early as I had been on a bus all night coming from Veracruz and arrived early in the morning. The room was spacious and air conditioned. Nice, clean pool as well.
